Installation Notice

VaultScrub is not yet code-signed, so your operating system may show a security warning during installation. The app is safe to use.

  • Windows: Click “More info” then “Run anyway” on the SmartScreen prompt.
  • macOS: If you see “VaultScrub is damaged and can't be opened”, open Terminal and run: xattr -cr /Applications/VaultScrub.app then open the app normally.
  • Linux: You may need to mark the AppImage as executable: chmod +x VaultScrub*.AppImage
